Deepspace Web Services Ltd supply postal and email address lists of schools and colleges, under licence.
It is not possible to buy the data outright. In committing to download one of our datafiles you are agreeing to use the data in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Licence specified below.

By adding a datafile to your Shopping Basket, you are agreeing to the following Licence Terms:

Definitions
The term ‘Licensor’ refers to Deepspace Web Services Ltd. The term ‘Licensee’ refers to the person or company entering into agreement with Deepspace Web Services Ltd. The term ‘Data’ refers to postal address lists and email address lists supplied by Deepspace Web Services Ltd.

Terms & Conditions relating to all services
1. Deepspace Web Services Ltd retains full intellectual copyright and ownership of the Data at all times.
2. In committing to download one of our datafiles you are agreeing to use the data in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Licence specified below.

Terms & Conditions of Licence for use of Postal Address Data

1. Deepspace Web Services Ltd retains full intellectual copyright and ownership of the Data at all times.
2. The Licensee agrees not to give, sell or rent or pass the Data to any third party.
3. The Licensee agrees to store the Data securely so that unauthorised personnel cannot access it.
4. After the expiry of the licence, if the licence is not renewed within one month from expiry date, the Licensee agrees to delete all copies of the Data from the company computer system.
5. The Licensee agrees not to use the Data in order to send unsuitable or objectionable material to the addressees; in particular material of a sexual nature or material related to gambling or dating.
6. Deepspace Web Services Ltd intends for the Data to be accurate and reliable, however, Deepspace Web Services Ltd cannot guarantee 100% the accuracy, validity or reliability of the Data as schools open and close . There will always be a small bounce-back rate.

Terms & Conditions of Licence for use of Email Address Data

1. The Licensee agrees not to give, sell or rent or pass the Data to any third party.
2. The Licensee agrees to store the Data securely so that unauthorised personnel cannot access it.
3. After the expiry of the licence, if the licence is not renewed within one month from expiry date, the Company agrees to delete all copies of the Data from the Company computer system.
4. The Licensee agrees not to use the Data in order to send unsuitable or objectionable material to the addressees; in particular material of a sexual nature or material related to gambling or dating.
5. The Licensee agrees not to send email to any individual school address more frequently than once per month during the term of the licence.
6. The Licensor agrees that schools which respond to the Licensee’s emails become clients of the Licensee and are no longer subject to clause 5 above.
7. The Licensee agrees that any email originated by the Licensee using the Data shall be clearly marked with the name, and email address of the originating company.
8. In order to comply with EU regulations; The Licensee agrees to maintain an ‘opt-out’ list; such that if a school expresses a wish not to receive further emails, they will be marked as ‘opted-out’ and not sent further emails. Schools should be able to communicate their opt-out wish to you via an email or website link at the bottom of each email.
9. Please note that the Data is seeded in such a way that usage of the Data to send email will register that usage each time with the our mailserver. This enables us to monitor mail sources and frequencies.
10. Deepspace Web Services Ltd intends for the Data to be accurate and reliable, however, the Deepspace Web Services Ltd cannot guarantee 100% the accuracy, validity or reliability of the Data as schools open and close and servers go down. There will always be a small bounce-back rate. There is usually between 5 and 10 per cent failure rate with email addresses due to the very nature of email systems; however, see 11.
11. Deepspace Web Services Ltd guarantees that at least the advertised number (23,000 for full list) of email addresses will initially be delivered to schools. You receive many more addresses than advertised so that you get more deliveries than advertised, not less.
